Clean Agent Total Flooding Valve TF25
Ø25 mm orifice forged brass valve for smaller clean agent flooding cylinders.
Range imageBrass manifold check valve, 60 bar, in 2" and 2½" sizes.
Brass machined check valve fitted between each cylinder discharge hose and the common manifold, rated to 60 bar.
It allows flow into the manifold but not back out, so agent from firing cylinders cannot escape through the port of a cylinder that has been removed for service - which also means individual cylinders can be taken off for refill while the rest of the bank stays in service. Supplied as CV33 with a 2" manifold connection and CV49 with 2½".
Configuration review. Catalogue reference data for Check Valve CV33 / CV49: MOC: Brass Machined; Working Pressure: 60 Bar; Thread Connection (Manifold): 2" (33) / 2 ½" (49). These values describe this product. Confirm the remaining interfaces and operating requirements against the system drawing and current manufacturer documentation.
Selection checks. Compare the mechanical interfaces and actuation method with the cylinder or equipment drawing. Working pressure, relief settings and accessory-port details serve different purposes and must be reviewed separately. For electrical actuation, also check voltage and demand against the control output. Request confirmation of the complete assembly before substituting a part.
Before ordering. For a Check Valve CV33 / CV49 quotation, provide the required quantity, installation or replacement context, and the associated equipment model. Include photographs or drawings of the interfaces and any project documentation requirements. Ask the supplier to identify the exact offered configuration and the scope of installation, commissioning or servicing included.
