Check Valve CV33 / CV49
Brass manifold check valve, 60 bar, in 2" and 2½" sizes.
Range imageG1" solenoid gas valve, 10.97 m³/h, 24 V DC, 6.5 W.
Electromagnetically actuated valve that cuts the fuel gas supply the instant a suppression system activates.
Suppressing a kitchen or burner fire achieves little if gas keeps feeding it, so the control panel drives this valve shut at the same moment it releases agent. The G 1" body passes 10.97 m³/h and is rated to 25 bar with NBR seals, operating from -10 °C to 90 °C on 24 V DC at 6.5 W.
Configuration review. Catalogue reference data for Gas Shut-off Valve GSV25: Thread Connection: G 1"; Working Pressure: 25 Bar; Actuation Type: Electromagnetic. These values describe this product. Confirm the remaining interfaces and operating requirements against the system drawing and current manufacturer documentation.
Selection checks. Compare the mechanical interfaces and actuation method with the cylinder or equipment drawing. Working pressure, relief settings and accessory-port details serve different purposes and must be reviewed separately. For electrical actuation, also check voltage and demand against the control output. Request confirmation of the complete assembly before substituting a part.
Before ordering. For a Gas Shut-off Valve GSV25 quotation, provide the required quantity, installation or replacement context, and the associated equipment model. Include photographs or drawings of the interfaces and any project documentation requirements. Ask the supplier to identify the exact offered configuration and the scope of installation, commissioning or servicing included.
