Check Valve CV33 / CV49
Brass manifold check valve, 60 bar, in 2" and 2½" sizes.
Range imageDirect high-pressure valve discharging through the detection tube at root cause.
Forged brass high pressure valve for CO₂ suppression cylinders, working at 60 bar with a 150 bar burst disc and M16x1.5 syphon connection.
The DHP is the direct variant: it discharges through a small G 1/8" outlet into the heat sensing tube itself, so agent leaves at the point where the tube burst - the seat of the fire. Direct pneumatic actuation means the same tube both detects the fire and releases the charge, with no electrical supply and nothing to fail between detection and discharge.
Configuration review. Catalogue reference data for High Pressure Suppression Valve DHP: MOC: Forged Brass; Inlet Connection: 25 E EN-629-1; Outlet Connection: G 1/8". These values describe this product. Confirm the remaining interfaces and operating requirements against the system drawing and current manufacturer documentation.
Selection checks. Compare the mechanical interfaces and actuation method with the cylinder or equipment drawing. Working pressure, relief settings and accessory-port details serve different purposes and must be reviewed separately. For electrical actuation, also check voltage and demand against the control output. Request confirmation of the complete assembly before substituting a part.
Before ordering. For a High Pressure Suppression Valve DHP quotation, provide the required quantity, installation or replacement context, and the associated equipment model. Include photographs or drawings of the interfaces and any project documentation requirements. Ask the supplier to identify the exact offered configuration and the scope of installation, commissioning or servicing included.
