Check Valve CV33 / CV49
Brass manifold check valve, 60 bar, in 2" and 2½" sizes.
Range imageIndirect high-pressure valve for mass CO₂ discharge into a whole cabinet.
Forged brass high pressure valve for CO₂ suppression cylinders, working at 60 bar with a 150 bar burst disc and M16x1.5 syphon connection.
The IHP is the indirect variant: it discharges through a W21.8 x 1/14" DIN 477 outlet into distribution pipework and nozzles, flooding the entire cabinet rather than one hotspot. Actuation is by pressure differential, triggered by loss of pressure in the detection tubing, so no external power is required.
Configuration review. Catalogue reference data for High Pressure Suppression Valve IHP: MOC: Forged Brass; Inlet Connection: 25 E EN-629-1; Outlet Connection: W21.8 x 1/14" DIN 477. These values describe this product. Confirm the remaining interfaces and operating requirements against the system drawing and current manufacturer documentation.
Selection checks. Compare the mechanical interfaces and actuation method with the cylinder or equipment drawing. Working pressure, relief settings and accessory-port details serve different purposes and must be reviewed separately. For electrical actuation, also check voltage and demand against the control output. Request confirmation of the complete assembly before substituting a part.
Before ordering. For a High Pressure Suppression Valve IHP quotation, provide the required quantity, installation or replacement context, and the associated equipment model. Include photographs or drawings of the interfaces and any project documentation requirements. Ask the supplier to identify the exact offered configuration and the scope of installation, commissioning or servicing included.
