Check Valve CV33 / CV49
Brass manifold check valve, 60 bar, in 2" and 2½" sizes.
Range imageBrass pneumatic actuator, 45 N, for slave cylinder release.
Brass machined pneumatic actuator that opens a cylinder valve using pilot pressure rather than an electrical signal, developing up to 45 N of force through an M 42 x 1.5 valve connection.
This is what makes multi-cylinder banks fire together: the master cylinder discharges, and its pressure is piped through slave hoses to a PACT on every remaining cylinder, so the whole bank releases as one.
Configuration review. Catalogue reference data for Pneumatic Actuator PACT: MOC: Brass Machined; Type: Pneumatic; Working Force: 45 N (Max). These values describe this product. Confirm the remaining interfaces and operating requirements against the system drawing and current manufacturer documentation.
Selection checks. Compare the mechanical interfaces and actuation method with the cylinder or equipment drawing. Working pressure, relief settings and accessory-port details serve different purposes and must be reviewed separately. For electrical actuation, also check voltage and demand against the control output. Request confirmation of the complete assembly before substituting a part.
Before ordering. For a Pneumatic Actuator PACT quotation, provide the required quantity, installation or replacement context, and the associated equipment model. Include photographs or drawings of the interfaces and any project documentation requirements. Ask the supplier to identify the exact offered configuration and the scope of installation, commissioning or servicing included.
